Vietnam was one of the places that i felt that i was out of this ordinary daily-life struggle. It's not fantasy, Vietnamese people actually look more real than many western pokerfaces.

The fact that they were colony from ancient times, seems to create a very hard inner true, that sustain they cultural identity, to survive over the time.

I learned about winning and losing, about real true friends, about different ways to hear music, another way to relate with food, respecting they physical and spiritual properties, wile i've being there (2012 ˜ 2013)

I get many help from my vietnamese friends to keep on going on my journey to the east.


I've being 8 month in diferent places along the country - Hue, Hanoi, Saigon
Part of my stay was part of a residency at New Space Art Foundation

O Vietnã foi um dos lugares em que senti que estava fora dessa luta comum da vida diária. Não é fantasia, os vietnamitas parecem mais reais do que muitos caras de pôquer ocidentais.

O fato de terem sido colônia desde os tempos antigos, parece criar uma verdade interior muito dura, que sustenta sua identidade cultural, para sobreviver no tempo.

Aprendi sobre ganhar e perder, sobre verdadeiros amigos, sobre diferentes formas de ouvir música, outra forma de se relacionar com a comida, respeitando suas propriedades físicas e espirituais, enquanto estiver lá (2012 ˜ 2013)

Recebo muita ajuda de meus amigos vietnamitas para continuar minha jornada para o leste.


Tenho estado 8 meses em lugares diferentes ao longo do país - Hue, Hanoi, Saigon
Parte da minha estadia foi durante uma residência na New Space Art Foundation
